පරිපාලන ඇමතිගෙන් රාජ්‍ය සේවයට විශේෂ පණිවිඩයක්

government officers are very pooer. They haven’t enough salary to live, to make a house,to buy a vehicle or to make happy their family members. They get loans and mde houses. After that pay the loans in whole life by eating sadness. Then how such a man work in happy. please make them happy by paying enough salary. Then we can do work well. I’m a one of teacher who worked for a JVP government but teachers who create this country get a small salary that is not enough to live.

Government officials haven’t made their mind set to work they only know to pass the ball. Very recently a Korean expert said this at a meeting where high officials were presnted. In fact it is a shame that the officials are aiming only the salary promotions and foreign tours. They do not think about their work the people who come to take their service. I have hands-on experience too early to share.
