ඒ ඔහු අධිකරණයට අපහසා කළ බවට චෝදනා කරමින්.
එම පෙත්සම සලකා බැලීම සඳහා ද ඊයේ (28) දිනයේ දී අභියාචනාධිකරණයෙන් දින නියම කළා.
ඒ අනුව එම පෙත්සම පෙබරවාරි මස 07 වැනි දා කැඳවීමට නියමිතයි.
